Had this though tonight when replying to a friend here who is sore and recently had a scrotal implant (only way to get it right in my opinion).
Think about this. This time your scrotum has been 1/4 of the way cut in 1/2. That sounds like some tough heavy $#it to heal when you think of it that way. Cheers men. Keep on healing.

I would recommend 18 tabletts of 1,000 mg MSM. Six in the morning, six at noon and the remaining in the evening. That's what I did. Can't remember scrotal pain. And of course I put honey to the wound. So I healed extremely fast.
