Implant after Radical Prostatectomy question

Postby Reggieman » Mon Oct 05, 2026 6:52 pm

Is it impossible for your glans to engorge after a R.P. even though you have had an implant and your penis is pumped up? What's that going to be like?

I still get some glans engorgement following both RP and implant.
But it's not as reliable as my natural erections used to be.
In my case it happens only when I'm extremely aroused and very close to orgasm.
Viagra and/or using a cock ring can also help give a slight boost.
I prefer to not take the pills these days but still do it occasionally.
