Measuring up for the Implant.
Hi Guys when it comes to the surgery on the measuring up, I know say for instance you’re penis is 8 inches, would it be rough the same size internally.

The cylinders plus extenders are longer than the visible penis. Surgeons evaluate intraoperatively.
AMS 700 CX Tenacio 4/24/2026 at age 65. ED from early 50s. Pills and Trimix/Quadmix with side effects superimposed on limited effectiveness.

Re: Measuring up for the Implant.
You will get 2 measurements plus the device's sizes:
Proximal = inside body (into pelvic floor)
Distal = outside (visible length, not including the gland/head)
Device length + extension length = total (proximal + distal)
Most people have a 1:3 Proximal to Distal ratio, though outliers exist (mine is almost 1:2)
So you add whatever length your glad is on top of distal length, which should give you an approximate idea of how much length it would be
Keyword: Approximate. It also depends on the fat pad on your pubic bone (where you bone press)

Re: Measuring up for the Implant.
While we all have the same bits there is a lot of variation in size, shape, distal vs proximal and so on.
It's only my own observation on here but, If you are fortunate enough to have an 8 inch dick, the ratio of internal to external is more likely to be external dominant. Someone that big is probably going to end up with a 28 cm Titan or similar. That's over 11 inches of implant and the longest currently made to my knowledge, not counting any RTEs that may be needed. I would think it very unlikely you would also be 8 inches internally. That would present a difficult surgical challenge. More likely 3 or 4 inches internal, but just a guess.
So something just under 8 inches would be nominally external assuming the tips are positioned say halfway into the glans. And the size of the glans also needs to be considered. Most of us of average-ish proportions seem to be around 60/40 distal/proximal but can be 70/30, 80/20 or even 50/50, or some other variation. I'm just over 6.5 inches erect and measured 11 cm distal and 10 cm proximal, which means I may have a relatively deep crus.
But also my penoscrotal incision is a fair way up from the base of my penis, and that's where those measurements were taken from.
They are only surgical measurements taken from the incision point. They don't reflect actual penis length. You will be measured accurately on the table in the OR. The correct size implant for your anatomy will give the optimal outcome. It should enable you to restore your size over time with healing and cycling. Good luck with your surgery
