In an attempt to gain girth, I tend to inflate to the maximum possible pressure, using 2 thumbs on the vanity top, then go to bed.
However, after about an hour or two, I wake up with an aching dick, mostly in the glans area.
What I'm wondering is whether the pain indicates that some tissues are being damaged (a bad thing), or whether the pain is a positive indicator of the corpi(?) and tunica slowly stretching (a good thing)?
If the latter, then I'm happy to endure a longer, more aggressive session for the greater good.
Does anyone have any authoritative information on this?
Is pain after an hour of maximum inflation a good sign?

Doggedly, I still get pain in my glans if I leave my dick fully inflated for more than an hour.
It did take me a long time, around 6 months before I didn’t have pain in my glans when fully inflated for at least an hour, but it did get better after 6 months and eventually I could make it close to two hours.
I’m at 5 years with my AMS LGX and if forget deflate or I fall asleep with my dick fully inflated, it will start hurting around the two hour mark and wake me up.
I’m not trying to gain more length; sometimes I like to be totally ready to have sex with my wifey and when it doesn’t happen, I forget and fall asleep.
Doggedly, let your young frisky wife exercise your bionic dick for as long as you can take it and then deflate, give a rest and then inflate again.
That does work for me when I have left it inflated for a long time.
I’m not sure if you’re causing any erosion; just listen to your body and deflate when it starts hurting.
Good Luck,
Your Bionic Brother in Texas

An hour is about the limit for me. Starts to get pretty uncomfortable at that point. I notice it more if I've cycled, and get busy reading and forget about the time. On the other hand, if we're still romping in bed after an hour, I don't seem to notice it until the activity concludes
