Surrogate for wife of prostatectomy survivor

Postby Claywcl » Mon Aug 17, 2026 1:12 pm

I had a prostatectomy in October 2025! I was shocked with what happened to my penis and my sex life!
I used to be a well hung lover but now I have a 2.5 inch penis which will not work!
I tried to remain intimate with my wife with oral sex, toys, and dildos but it has not been satisfying for her.
After our last attempt at being intimate my wife said “ I am so Horney! I don’t think I can live without sex!” It surprised me but it has been 10 months!
What is a husband to do? I have read on here of husbands in similar situations that have found surrogate’s for their wife! I never thought that would be a consideration but I need to provide for her needs!
Any advise or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I too had the life changing prostatectomy (aka RP). Have you tried VED (vacuum erection device) or pills (cialis or viagra) or injections (TriMix). These options can get you back to having sex with your bride. If they don't satisfy her, you can get an implant. Many on this site have had great success with implants and you read about their journeys.

Good luck!

65, Radical Prostatectomy in 2023, pills did nothing. Used Trimix with great success, but now trying regain ability to get natural erections as I did prior to RP surgery. So far, able to have PIV sex with a C ring.

As long as blood can still enter your penis, you may be able to restore it's size, as well as have sex again, by using a medical VED and tension ring.
I'm in my early 70's. Serious problems with ED started in my early 60's. ED drugs were eventually not effective enough. Aquired VED pump and constriction rings in 2024 which provides usable erections for sexual activity.

Use a VED to stop the atrophy, and go consult with a high volume implant surgeon. You don’t have to accept living like this.

If you want to be erect so you can make love to your wife there is a solution.

Get a urologist that can help you cycle through oral ED meds (Viagra, Levitra, Cialis)
If that doesn’t work then shots are next. (Monomix, BiMix, TriMix)
If that doesn’t work, get an implant. That WILL work no matter what.

Or if you want to be cuckold,(your wife and you are turned on by her being “serviced” by other men while you are left impotent to watch) that is fine. But that’s not what this site is for. You’ll find other sites that are better for that. Swingers sites would be a good start for that. I’m sure there are more specific kink/cuckold/hotwife sites for that.

But if you want to be erect again the guys here have lots of experience with that.

Well said GoodWood!

I’m surprised he has not responded in some way. You may be right. He may have been phishing for things from this site other than advice on dealing with ED.
