Anyone find that when pumped up to max you loose the pelvic floor muscle feeling and control ?

I have not noticed any issues with my pelvic floor muscles.
Maybe try some kelgel exercises?

I can't even flex the pevic floor muscles when I'm pumped up to max. I can when I'm soft or even half mast. But not at all when pumped up for action. Befor tge implant I always used the pelvic floor muscles to get off. Now it no longer works and I have trouble getting off.

It's hard to know. I did check with an Ultrasound and you could see the muscle 'holding'. I had been doing Kegel exercises in the shower at the same time as the pumped bathmate, also rocking from one foot to the other. I call it the Kegel dance
1955. I have had ED for years. We were planning to go for a Rigi10 in October 2024. Life got in the way (heart attack & stent), so we are now going for injections as a fill-in. 9/2025 More life roadblocks with prostate Cancer:((
