AMS / Titan and orgasm

Hi mates,

I recently read a survey where 40% is patients didn't recovered orgasm after implanting. While I tend to consider satisfaction rates reported by doctors biased upward, in this case it seems to me a little bit high percentage, perhaps too negative. So I'd like to know how is going in your case and which brand do you have.

Did you recover no/yes/after how much time?

A Titan for 2 years and no problems with Orgasms!
71 yrs.old married,ED for 7 yrs.Pills for 3 yrs,TriMix for 21/2 yrs.6 1/2 inches flacid,71/4 inches erect,6 inches girth.Coloplast Titan put in 11/13/20,Dr.Bozeman,Arkansas Urology,Little Rock.22cm + 2 RTE.

Implanted AMS for 20 months and no problems with Orgasms!
57 yo, PHX, AZ. ED all my life.Used Viagra,Cialis,Trimix failed. Implanted AMS 700CX 21 cm +2 cm RTE on 03/11/2021. Dr Shawn Blick.
Pre/post-op size length 6.0"X 6.5" girth. Cycling at week 2,Sex at week 3.
Cycling full erected 1hr am, 1hr pm

No problem.
Titan 20cm, Dr. Eid 7/15/22. ED before/after RT (2015), EBRT (2016) & ADT (20 mos.). EBRT & improper penile rehab post-treatment left penile/abdominal scarring, arterial blockage & slight hour-glass shape with Peyronie's disease.

I was struggling for the last two years prior to implant of my Titan. And after 6 months it seems to be getting better. Couldn’t tell any difference at first.
60yo.ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works w diminishing results.
Implanted 5-22 Titan 20cm with 1cm RTE.
Revision 3-26 Titan 24cm with 1cm trimmed off. Revision due to bad reservoir placement and potential tip erosion.

I have had my Titan implant for 17 days now and have already tried it a few times with good result.
55 years old, Swedish expat living in South East Asia since 2008. Married 3 times with 5 children.
ED for the past 20 years and fed up. Decision made to go ahead with 3-piece implant, now trying to find the right surgeon, time and place.

Three years with my Titan. Orgasms are just as good as when I remember being able to get hard.

almost a year, Titan and happy to report no problem. It took a few months during the healing, but it got easier.

Two months with a Titan, neither my wife nor I see any difference in having orgasms, everything is working the same.
Used Viagra & Cialis until lost vision in one eye due to AION, therefore can never use pills again, then tri-mix 1 1/2 years until unreliable. Implanted 9/20/22 at 77 years old by Dr. Yafi, UC Irvine. Married 55 years wife 76. 20cm Coloplast Titan.

2.5 years with my Titan and no problem cumming. In fact, my penis seems to have a heightened sensitivity now & I can ride right on the edge of orgasm for an extended period of time.
61yr old. In shape. Controlled hypertension. 20+ years of PDE5. TRT 6yrs. Trimix 2yrs. Titan 24cc implanted 8/25/20
