excptions where MEDECAID paid

ssi now says they shouldn't but did because of stroke. need by 8 am a web address that list strokes & other brain injuries as exception where MEDECAID pays. [live n nc] no crap, by 8 am fri 2/24/12. just learned @ 6 pm.
