8 Week Titan Update – Sex #5, #6, #7 and a Question About Pumps (warning including pictures)

look at Nick, good boy here we go, soon you are overtaking me, but not kidding, super cool your journey, happy for you both, yes its a learning by doing, we also struggled the other day, and than kaboom we hit the jackpot again. I think it will be like this for some time.
did you use diff.positions and which one worked best for you both.

my pump too is hard and nearly impossible to get more into the system, but this should improve with time, and as long the pump is full/hard as long should there be fluid in the system. we have to worry when the pump is soft and can be pumped without pressure.
normally there is more fluid than the cylinder can take, thats the way it should be

Hey Richard, I read your update and I definitely see a lot of similarities in our journeys. GOD first, hopefully everything will turn out well for both of us.

Yes Nick, it may not always seem like it but that sounds like really good progress . It is still very early in the recovery stage and there is likely to be further bumps in the road. I don't have a Titan but for most implants the pump can take a while to soften. Hint - The more you use it the faster it will get there! In addition to sexual activity are you cycling the implant daily, e.g. twice? That both softens the pump and helps regain size in my experience. In any case it still took me a few months to get back to close to pre ED/Op size. And sex was hit and miss for me for the first couple of months, a mix of pleasure and pain with intermittent orgasms. Eventually it got to 100% pain free climaxing and thankfully now never better .

Alright my bionic brothers, I’m back with a small update.
My wife was on her period for about 7 days so we didn’t do anything. Even though I was horny as hell, I behaved myself lol.
When the time finally came again, I jumped right back into action with my beautiful brown-haired kitty. Honestly I thought things would be even better than the 4th time when we had our first real success… but unfortunately the 5th time was kind of a mess.
I was feeling insecure about my size, my penis slipped out a few times, and I could tell she wasn’t fully enjoying it either. We almost started arguing “not that way”, “no do this”, etc. You know how it goes.
Eventually we kept going and about 10 minutes later she reached orgasm. I didn’t. I also had a few small pains, to be honest.The next day I explained to her that regardless of size, she needs to help me a bit with positioning and we shouldn’t compare things to how they were before. Now we have a new toy and we have to learn how to use it together.
Round 6 was much better. We did more foreplay, the bionic dick got rock hard and I made love to my wife nicely. She had another orgasm.
Round 7 was today, third day in a row having sex, and it went very well. This time we both had orgasms. I feel like things are finally moving in the right direction.
Now a question for you guys:
I’m currently getting around 20–30 pumps before it feels fully hard and then it stops. Sometimes I can get one or two more pumps, sometimes even half a pump.
Do you think there is still extra fluid in the system that will allow me to stretch my penis more over time?
I really hope so because I’ve gained some size back already, but I’m still quite far from my pre-op size.

Nick, you’re still very early on your journey. For me I felt I was back to my pre-op size at 5 or 6 months.

If your doctor put enough extra fluid in your reservoir, you can keep getting micro squeezes in.

My AMS 700 LGX implant expands 25 % in length, but I think the doc put that implant in to help me get back to my original size, not to get longer.

Keep cycling aggressively with your doctor’s protocol and you’ll see results further down the road.

Brother, I really appreciate your advice. Your comments are always on the spot and very helpful. It gives me hope hearing from guys who already went through this stage and came out on the other side.Yes, I am cycling every day, usually twice a day, and trying to stay patient with the process. Some days are better than others, but overall I do feel things slowly improving.

My Texan brother, thank you for your response. It’s very encouraging to hear that you were able to regain your size back after some months.The only thing that worries me a little is that my doctor told me the post-op size I had at the beginning would probably be my final size. But thank God I’ve already gained more than an inch back. I started around 4.1 inches after surgery and now I’m measuring around 5.5–5.6.
So that gives me hope that with more cycling and time things might keep improving.Thank you again for the encouragement, brother

Ok dude...your way jumping the gun. I've even had nerve damage and lost sensation. Orals almost just a visual now. Now, that being said. when i get there its like blowing your brains out sensation wise..alot stronger. Also gained in length and circumference. I'd do it again in a sec nerve damage and all.
