Whats the reason for the daily Cialis?

I got my implant 31 days ago and, while I haven't f*cked yet, I have masturbated and, when I do, my glans does not engorge much and is noticeably smaller in girth than my shaft.

I thought about taking cialis (because I've still got a large supply of 5mg pills) and/or Trimix gel to enlarge my glans but I decided against it because it's really just a cosmetic issue that really doesn't matter; at least not to me.

I'll keep it in mind but whatever happens will have to happen "naturally" bc I'm not going to resort to drugs just to make my glans larger when everything else is working fine.

I have various meds and methods to engorge my glans because it provides greater sensitivity which increases the probability of orgasm. Just my experience fwiw.

WHY? Not for this guy. I hated putting drugs into my system when I HAD to use them. With the implant I don't need any assistance. After about 6 months all my sensations returned, and sex feels like it used to.
