In one of Eid’s videos he stated that he had only seen one failure in the actual cylinder! Says they are pretty much bullet proof. The weak points are tubing number one and then would be pump and reservoir.
60yo.ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works w diminishing results.
