Buckbuff, can you describe the nerve damage you're referring to, and/or, it's symptoms ? Are you implanted now, and if so can you describe ?

My sensation was affected for several months post surgery. I'm not sure that constitutes, or reaches, the level of "nerve damage" or not. The issue resolved on its own without intervention.

There is also a study showing that coq10 can help with nerve growth. Google it. Perhaps that is a low risk way to help.
Believe post prostate surgery I was around 5 inches down from 6. Never measured girth but post titan otr 20 cm seems thicker.

I've had nerve damage to the underside of the shaft from the penoscrotal incision. Hasn't remedied itself 2 years later unfortunately.

I had some nerve issues after implant..mainly loss in gland..prob 60%. But what's weird is I've recently grown in girth some after almost 6 yrs. it's great that it's thicker but feel pretty much nothing sensation wise. And don't ask how it's gotten thicker..I pump up in the showering as usual if im not having sex that day and it's been all the way up to 61/4 now.

Same here…I’m approaching a year and sensation is better, but not fully returned. I’m hoping it will slowly get back to normal, but if not I’ll live with it. Overall the implant experience has been very positive.

I agree..I have no downside outside of the nerve issues.

Buckbuff, so first, full disclosure, offering specific medical advice is way above my pay-grade :) I am not a medical professional and all I'm offering is info I've picked up along the way. So please take anything I say with a grain of salt.
I believe lack of sexual sensitivity and true numbness seem to be two separate things. If it's true numbness, I would talk it over with my urologist, then if he/she agreed, likely turn to a qualified neurologist to evaluate the physical nerves. When I say "qualified", I mean someone with experience doing that in the context of "men's health".

Here's more information from a previous post :

Best wishes for navigating this and the fastest path to resolution. I'd be anxious to hear how things go !

I'd like to know how that goes. Which mayo?

Just yesterday, I had a consultation with a local neurologist on this subject and he was completely unequipped to handle the question. He referred me to a specialist (neuro-urologist) at either the Mayo Clinic or the Cleveland Clinic. I've been to Mayo (Jacksonville) before for other issues so I am just beginning the process for this.
