It's normal to be anxious and stressed. If you have a competent surgeon and did the pre op research to decide on an implant you will be fine.
Don't expect miracles from day one, but over the coming weeks and months expect to eventually achieve the results you hope for.
Post op look after yourself, stay focused and follow follow your surgeon's instructions religiously.
In my experience an implant is life changing and restores both your sexual function and confidence. You can do this brother.

I've been there. As a matter of fact I cancelled my initially scheduled surgery in 2015. Then 2 years later went ahead and never regretted it.
Yes it is normal to have an anxiety, very few of us are superheros when it comes to the subject of own dick.
I was extremely anxious before my replacement too, 9 years after the initial surgery. I am 5 days after the replacement surgery and I am still as anxious as one can be.

However, you should imagine the sense of freedom you'll gain once you are fully functioning. It is a day and night differences. No more anxiety about getting or keeping hard - anytime, anywhere, for as long as your partner wants.
In my case, it had a huge positive impact on my overall self esteem. Women just feel the degree of confidence as vibes without any personal relationships context. That's a different peronal dynamic - strong, independent, elegant.

Like 70% cancel 1st surgery date..I did..but that being said, unless guys high volume don't go inphrapubic. I got nerve damage. But otherwise these things rock!!

I was implanted 4 weeks ago. Had zero anxiety and I’ll tell you why: I read through all the journals here. I learned the important questions to ask my surgeon. By the time I had my surgery, I knew just about everything a person could know. This site is a tremendous resource. Armed with an understanding of any possible outcome, and what you can do to avoid complications under your control, makes the whole thing less scary.

Just do it, get it over so you don't have to go through the worry stage again. I knew nothing when I had mine done, hadn't found Frank Talk, didn't do much research. It was my first ever surgery as an adult and that was scary enough. I just knew I wanted my sex life to continue.

You are experiencing anxiety that I suspect most of us had pre-op, I know I certainly did. It's not an easy decision as it's a permanent change to that most important appendage. Everyone has a different recovery, but the end result is good. I have no regrets other than I wish I had done it years earlier. I can now have an erection whenever I want it and for as long as I want it. That other anxiety, the one about being able to get it up or losing it once it was up is now gone. I'm able to perform like I did 20 years ago now. I am very happy with my decision and so is my wife!
