Getting Implant 7/28/26 - Question

Postby allin320 » Fri Jul 17, 2026 5:43 pm

So I’ve decided to get an implant 7/28/26. I’m 48 yrs old and have had Ed for about 8 years. Obviously a bit bit nervous but ready to put the time in to heal and cycle the implant.

I’m single and recently met someone. I am debating if I should break it off with her until after I’m healed up, like 2-3 months. Not sure I want to tell her about my situation as I’ve only gone on 3-4 dates with her. I know in the end it’s my decision to break it off or tell her but interested if anyone has had this experience or any advice is appreciated.

For me, if it's a meaningless fling I wouldn't say anything.
Because as many of us implanted guys have figured out you can easily "chub up" by doing a quick bathroom run or
going down on her you can manipulate yourself and Mr. Happy will be at a full salute when you get back up.

Some us ambidextrous guys can actually pull this off with one hand, it's actually not that hard. (No pun intended)

But, I think if you're serious and you want to get something started I would speak up and tell sooner than later.
I think in the long run, if she digs you it really won't matter.

Just my 2 cents.

Good luck on your surgery

You could tell her you are having hernia surgery or some other surgery on your midsection. The challenge will be that it will take a few months to heal and for a solid month you will be sensitive to movement . You have to decide how you want to deal with that. You could just tell her the surgery story and build the relationship without her pleasuring you for a while. Good luck with surgery and enjoy being part of the bionic club. It is life changing!
Believe post prostate surgery I was around 5 inches down from 6. Never measured girth but post titan otr 20 cm seems thicker.

I told aquaintances that I was getting hernia surgery. I have been married 40 years and I obviously don't date but I don't really know why you would want to hide it if you do get into a relationship. I am 67 now and I just feel that being honest and open is usually the best move. I am too old and tired for subterfuge. And when the partner sees how good it works I would imagine that there will be no complaining - if there is -move on.
