4 months later it seems I will have to go through the same inconvenience again. The right cylinder tip veered off course during surgery. It has pushed the head and cocked it to the left. It is very noticeable, the skin is very thin (1mm).
Two procedures are recommended to fix this. Cocking the head back to the right with sutures, which is likely not to work. Or a repositioning of the cylinder tip and graft. This would be done through a circumcision incision. (I am already circumcised). I am told there is no rush to do either.
The latter procedure is described as less invasive than original surgery. To me it is the same or worse.
Days off work, 4 weeks of recovery with no working out, no sex. And now no cycling during that time and a new scar.
Here are my concerns listed in order of importance.
1. New Frankenstein scar for 1 year
2. No working out
3. No cycling (a set back)
4. More money to reach my deductible

Re: Revision needed after 4 months, cylinder tip off track
Had the right rod on a Rigicon implant shift and try to come through the skin due to being undersized ..so a year after the 1st implant6-2023 that to have it removed and replaced with a longer implant ..6-2024 another year of healing just down getting some feeling back enough that I can climax although only by self pleasure.
Rigicon since 6-2023 happy to share my experience and do show and tell

Re: Revision needed after 4 months, cylinder tip off track
Hello Mattbg7. I had the exact same thing happen to me. It was my left cylinder. For me, it was most likely due to a hard curve that I had to the right. The left cylinder was struggling to straighten out the curve and it began to press out creating a situation where it was visible and palpable. The skin/tissue was very thin and I was super concerned about erosion. At the three year mark (about a year ago) Dr. Hakky had to “re-thread” it through an incision on the circumcision line. If you have any questions, I am happy to help out with info on the procedure.
Titan OTR by Dr. Hakky, June 2022. 24 cm with 1.5 cm RTE. Length: 7.25” Girth: 6.25” at base

Great! I would like as much information as you are willing to give.
Is the incision 360 degrees or smaller?
How long does it take the scar to fade?
How much of a set back is it? I have gained 3/4 of an inch and 1/4” girth and feel like I am almost 100 % healed after four months. Does this reset?
Any loss of sensation?
I am leaning towards straightening the head and having him inject HA filler in the glands for added protection. When I straighten my head manually the cylinders seem evenly placed.

This is like the 5th report i've read/heard of, of impending erosion by guys implanted by Hakky.
I think the agressive sizing is ok for some people with a very though tunica and strong tissue, but it's definetly dangerous for many.
This is not to attack Hakky or other agressive sizers at all, but i think the gain of a cm or two is not worth the risk.
For anyone getting an implant in the future, i personally think you should tell your surgeon to not size you agressively.

I hate this for you, I feel your disappointment and anger.
get it done brother, do all your doc's orders, heal slowly.
so sorry, the promise of an ipp is so great but with any surgery there are risks and those suck when it goes wrong. let us know the doc when you're comfortable about it.
best of luck brother, do all the venting you need to here, we are here for you.

Mattgb7–
First, I wanted to state that my issue is not related to aggressive sizing. As you know, Dr. Hakky asks patients how they want to be sized. I requested to not be aggressively sized and I’m not.
The incision does not go all the way around. I would say it covers 40-45% of the left side. The scar did not completely fade and is visibly different from the original circumcision scar (it’s been 8 months). For me, there was absolutely no setback on length or girth. I was asked to not max out inflation for several months but length/girth was not affected.Once cleared for sex, 80%/85% inflation was more than adequate for PIV sex. There might be a slight loss of sensation on the scar area but it’s nothing that takes away from what I feel during sex.
Let me know know if you have any other questions!

Thanks for taking the time to respond. I think I will just have him straighten the head and beef it up with filler. I just can’t deal with a new scar. I don’t have a steady girlfriend and don’t want to explain why I have a scar in addition to having to answer why I am always squeezing my balls. Also I already have sensitivity issues so I can’t imagine having more, even if it is minor like you mentioned. Also I can cut my recovery time in half.
Thanks again!

Because of a recient RALP I feel I may need a Glanulopexy during the implant surgury. This post reinforces that view. I feel age, cardiovascula health should be taken in to account.
1955. I have had ED for years. We were planning to go for a Rigi10 in October 2024. Life got in the way (heart attack & stent), so we are now going for injections as a fill-in. 9/2025 More life roadblocks with prostate Cancer:((

John, If you don't have any existing deformity, such as floppy glans, I'm not sure why you would need this? Did your doc suggest it?
I also had an (nerve sparing) RALP causing immediate 100% loss of erectile function that never improved, and implanted 3 years later.
My glans looks normal after a standard penoscrotal implant procedure and I'm now 12 months in. It is soft, which is common, but not floppy.
After initial cycling my cylinder tips eventually settled at well over 3/4 into the glans when erect and about halfway in when flaccid.
I still get some glans engorgement when aroused, and it can become quite firm and further engorged close to orgasm.
71, married, Sydney Oz. PC/nerve sparing RRP Mar 22 then profound ED. Tried pills, Trimix inj, focal shockwave, VED.
Implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal. Back to 6.5" BPEL @ 9m.
Recovery great but have a bend.
