Ligament release with implant

Postby Mangotin » Mon Mar 09, 2026 7:44 am

I’m gonna cut the suspensory ligament from the same wound at the same time of implantation coloplast titan. Any body have ligament release and gain length or at least prevent loss. My surgeon told me i don’t have to stretch penis after surgery he will keep me partially inflated for a couple of hours for 3 months after surgery so that can keep ligaments from reattaching

I always read that kind of approach will affect your erect angle but it wont give you more erect lenght if that is the motive you are considering it.

The angle of erection, it will look looser. It's a procedure that has been around for many years, and basically you gain length in the flaccid state, but erect you're the same, just with a worse angle of erection. I'm surprised they're still offering it, but maybe someone here has this procedure done and it worked.

The ligament exists for a reason. I wouldn’t mess with it just to make things look better.

I'm with ElbowRoom. Ligament release with implant surgery at the same time feels iffy to me. I wouldn't mess with too much of the original material, especially not at the same time. I'm obviously not a doctor, but implant surgery is already complicated enough and is a lot to manage in terms of recovery.

On the contrary, in my opinion, the best time to do it would be when you have a new implant to stretch the tissue outwards... especially if you can be sized aggressively.

I wouldn't recommend it at all since it just means your dangle angle lowers and when bent up (the most practical sexual position) your length is really no different than before.
