How do you rate an implant from 1 to 10 compared to natural erection?

I’ll beat other to the same line. It’s not nor will it ever be the same or as good….. BUT!!! If you live with ED for 15 plus years or you have a non functioning Dick, then it works and feels pretty freaking good!!! Love my implant and if I could still have a normally functioning dick I wouldn’t have one! Hard to even remember what it felt like 20 years ago when it would get hard and stay hard whe. I wanted it to.

I think I might rate my implanted erection better. It’s the same in nearly every way but I can stay hard for ever without fail. I could have done without the surgery, extra equipment in my sack, etc., but the erection itself is a 10.

According to one surgeon I consulted, "if the best erection you ever had is a 10 then an AMS will give you a 9 and a Titan will give you an 11".

But I suspect there's a bit of sales hype in there somewhere

I would say 9 out of 10, only because I miss my glistening glans when it would be fully engorged with blood.
It does still get engorged but not as much.

I agree with BP1111 that it’s great to have a dick that keeps going forever!

That 9 out 10 is really closer to 10.

Throw an elastic on there and your glans will be just fine. Only takes finding the perfect tension/diameter and you’re good as new.

How can eyeglasses see?
How can spoons and plates taste food?
Will the showel you use to clear the snow feel the coldness of the winter?
