Clamping After Implant?

Has anyone used clamping for penis enhancement after getting the implant?

I made the vast majority (about an inch) of my gains just from cable cuffs, but injections gave me a traffic cone... I think clamping mid-shaft might help with this, but I am not sure if I should do it completely deflated or not.

By the way, I am sure some guys will be concerned, but I guarantee I cannot exert 7500 PSI on this thing before the plastic clamp breaks. I went through dozens of cable cuffs... they know when to say enough.
