Does anyone masterbate without porn?

Any of you guys masturbate without porn? I'm thinking if someone who is implanted chose to do this that would mean they have a really high libido. Any story's or thoughts would be appreciated.

Hell yes...especially with the implant!!

I hardly ever watch porn but will masturbate a couple times a month using one or more of my toys. Usually have sex with the wife once a week too.

I haven’t used nor watched porn since I got my implant almost 2-1/2 years now. I feel I was addicted to it mostly because I had ED so bad that it took massive amounts of stimulation manual and visual helped to get hard! I made a deal with myself that when I got implanted I would stop! So I did. Wasn’t easy but after a few months it didn’t bother me.
60yo.ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works w diminishing results.
Implanted 5-22 Titan 20cm with 1cm RTE.
Revision 3-26 Titan 24cm with 1cm trimmed off. Revision due to bad reservoir placement and potential tip erosion.
