While I’m starting to cycle, after deflating I’m still semi- hard. I have trouble sleeping at night because of it. Is that the tubing that I feel?

You need to fill out your signature line. Its difficult to give advice to someone that we don't know anything about their implant. Or how it was installed.

Try holding the button in for deflation and squeezing your dick firmly for a full minute or so and slightly push your fist that’s around your member in towards your body like your trying to make it shrink back into its shell. Also yes if you feel around especially after the swelling is down you will definitely feel the tubing… there’s some plumbing to these things that is going to be in there if you dig around enough.
