I just wanted to say i finally popped my implant cherry today and it was glorious! Almost felt like an out of body experience LOL. I just want to say a big thanks to this amazing community!

Active, athletic 63 years old. Sexually, still 33 in my mind and spirit. Pills and injections all worked, until they didn’t. Diagnosed with veinous leakage in 2022. Coloplast Titan. 22 CM. No RTE. Peno-scrotal. Implanted 1/4/23. Dr. Clavell.

Felt the same at 3 weeks when I started to use my implant.
I I had known it, it's working that good, I'd have done it 25 years ago!
The best thing I ever did!

Just wait! It gets better and better for the first 10-12 months then it levels off at least for me. Still amazing every time I use it
60yo.ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works w diminishing results.
Implanted 5-22 Titan 20cm with 1cm RTE.
Revision 3-26 Titan 24cm with 1cm trimmed off. Revision due to bad reservoir placement and potential tip erosion.
