Revision surgery day 1

Postby Jamie7891 » Mon Mar 23, 2020 10:05 pm

So day 1 since my revision
Ams700 lgx ..... the doc said one of the lines above the pump had a tear and had split open

The revision has gone very easy so far slight if any pain at all and no swelling or bruising
Only the pump was changed the doc said he replaced the pump checked the device and was happy with it and didn’t want to increase my chance of infection by changing the whole device

Can walk around quite comfortably had an over night stay in hospital with fentynal pain relief button .... helps with getting sleep after surgery

Can’t wait for incision to heal up and get back into action

Being 34years old can expect quite a few more revision to come
