AMS CX for a longer Phallus?

I have a CX. I'm about 24cm erect length and 16.5cm around. When I first was implanted in 2011 my erect length was about 20cm. I had a revision in late 2017 and have the same one now. My Dr, Dr Karpman is a bigger fan of the AMS models. Back in 2011 I wanted a Titan because the reviews were it was stronger. The Titan has "dog ear" issues though. My CX looks and feels quite normal.

I also don't fully squeeze the fluid out and just leave it plump.

FYI, Dr Karpman is no longer implanting Boston Scientific's current products. He has opinions about BS's products and is currently (at least as of last year) only implanting Coloplast Titan implants.
