This is 100% false. You've been shown evidence more than once, including by LGX recipients, and you just refuse to accept it no matter what. No LGX recipient on this forum would back up what you say. Because most of them grew over their pre-op length. Hakky wouldn't upsize LGX and AX for that particular reason. You just spreading misinformation trying to discourage people from going that route for the reasons that is hard to understand.

Boston Scientific says that LGX elongates right on its website, all the studies that you yourself cite point to elongation, no LGX recipient would back you up, and even doctors that don't implant it don't claim that it doesn't grow lengthwise, including Clavell. There are other reasons why some implanters like Eid and Clavell shy away from LGX: rigidity, propensity to bend during elongation but nobody claims that it can't grow lengthwise. That's why even the most aggressive implanters never upsize LGX, while routinely upsizing CX and Titan.

Good luck finding a single LGX recipient whose dick didn't become longer! Took me a while.

You bring up the magic LGX giving everybody who has one footlong schlongs in every thread where length is mentioned. Not a single high volume surgeon has ever posted a video saying this, and the site members here with LGX implants haven’t said they got appreciable gains beyond their natural length. So put your money where your mouth is and go get one, and make sure to post pictures showing us how you gained three inches.

As I have said before, if this were really a significant effect, Boston Scientific stock would be hotter than Nvidia and there would be a six month backorder to get an LGX. An elongating cylinder doesn’t mean an enlongated dick.

LGX's effects vary but it's not whether its cylinder would elongate your dick but by how much. LGX has other potential drawbacks but not making your dick longer is not one of them. Potential underwhelming rigidity, limited girth expansion, and excessive bendiness are the arguments that doctors use trying to talk you out of LGX, but never its inability to increase your penile length. In fact, length expansion is the only reason LGX exists but even that is not without risk (what in life is? :D)

The problems with LGX's length expansion is that it's a bit unpredictable thus harder to size up. Undersizing LGX may cause floppy glan, while sizing it up correctly may cause LGX to expand beyond your dick's maximum stretching limits and break through skin. Eid wrote me a long email last December saying that much. Your doctor emailed me saying that he might consider upsizing Titan, CX and X but would never upsize LGX and AX. Guess why?

Also, your doctor's video right here says that LGX is length girth expansion while Titan and CX are girth expansion only: https://youtu.be/DULDzI9UnOo?si=42sBaByBQcMTImSC&t=44

I know *exactly* why. Because the length expansion of the cylinder on an LGX does NOT equate to penile lengthening, and the LGX risks glans erosion if not intentionally *undersized* so that the length expansion doesn’t put excessive stress on the distal canvernosal tissue.

With a Titan or CX you can size exactly to the stretched corporal size. With the LGX you have calculate the length expansion and leave space for it. There is nothing wrong with the LGX, lots of guys are happy with them and they work fine. But this pipe dream of significant penis lengthening because of cylinder lengthening is just that — the two are NOT the same thing. At best you’ll get a softer flaccid that expands to its normal size in a more natural fashion than a cylinder of fixed length.

There’s no free lunch, and no magic bullet with current technology for a bigger dick.

It does. Almost always. That's what the LGX cylinder length expansion is for. To trigger penile length expansion. In fact penile length expansion is the only reason for LGX existence. Otherwise people would just get CX or Titan. You believe what you want to believe but good luck finding members that were successfully implanted with LGX that would back you up.

I invite any LGX implanted members who have gained length over their lifetime maximum pre-op size (meaning their longest at any point in their life, not just right before surgery) to share their stories. If I’m wrong then I’m wrong.

From talking to LGX recipients via PM most no longer involve themselves in arguments about length with non-LGX implantees. I think as of now I'm the only one who still does it :)

There is guy on the forum however, cbinspok, who claims in his signature that his length (among other things) improved with LGX. I wonder if he is talking about his cylinders and not his penile length. memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=82266

Here is another member talking about his experience with LGX: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=25966
I communicate a lot with him, especially at the onset of my penile implant inquiries. This is probably the most meticulous person that I met on this forum. He, since then, revised to Titan and even went through auxetic cuts to improve on his girth both with your doctor.

Also, you yourself say in your signature that your length increased almost by almost half-an-inch with Titan while your girth somewhat decreased. That's amazing! I think it was actually Hakky that mentioned that one's length usually improves with each revision. I didn't realize that it increases by that much but I guess it make sense. God bless man.

Excuse me if I don’t accept “trust me bro, they all tell me in private and just don’t want to talk to you.”

People know me here, I think I have a pretty good reputation as a reasonable person on these forums. I’m not going to argue or attack anybody who shares their experience with the LGX. Like I said, if I’m wrong then I’m wrong and I’ll take it like a man. But in almost 24 hours since I posted the request for “I gained beyond my natural length” experiences, not a single LGX recipient has responded, in spite of the LGX being one of the most popular implant on these forums, with dozens of implantees who regularly post. You would think if this was the normal experience, many LGX owners would be coming forward to correct the record and tell me I’m way off base.

Since you brought it up: My length increased *since my surgery*, which is common for all implants. I was 8” right after surgery, then slowly increased over 11 months to 8.9”. What it did *NOT* do, is increase beyond my natural maximum length, which was a hair over 9” in my 20s. I’m very happy that I got as close as I have, but as stated I don’t believe any implant will increase post-op length beyond that natural original maximum size.

Rider1400 wrote:“Meet the penis episode 57”. Paul Perito states that the titan is made from a poloymere. It will stretch in length and girth. This is the reason he has the Perito exercises to help maximize this stretch. However you are limited by your cavernosa. It has limits and if you were perhaps maxed in length and it were to stretch any you. Old have an issue with erosion. I never said it can grow your penis! And totally think that you can’t grow it past its natural length. You can however fill the space available in the cavernosa.

Congrats, Rider, you are the first dude to follow up with an actual video. And he unmistakably says a Titan could expand lengthwise, as it is made out of polymer. Theoretically that is correct.

So I looked at the issue closer. In particular I went looking for studies that tested lengthwise expansion in laboratory conditions. I found this study that found no length expansion in a Titan and a CX, but did find expansion of up to 1.3cm in the LGX. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28738732/

However another study of LGX and Titan found a very small increase in the Titan, it varied by the size of the Titan and ranged from a .2 to .7 cm increase. The LGG on the other hand increased by up to 4 cm. Clearly that study was exerting more force. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC5654325/

So, technically it is true: under the right force conditions, a Titan could theoretically expand lengthwise by a fraction of a cm, which is fairly negligible and given that it is distributed across the distal and proximal cavernosa is more negligible still. But it is theoretically possible.

But: that is under lab conditions. The tunica acts not only as a limit on expansion, but as a limit on the amount of pressure that can be exerted on the implant once inside a body. So researchers did another experiment, constructing 3D models of a tunica and using them to test. They found that an LGX could expand up to 1.2 cm, and a CX minimally, but that it required very high pressure that is beyond typical capacity. https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/a ... 9519315516

And that fits with Doggedly Positives calculations of the force necessary to expand lengthwise… under real world conditions, the pressure necessary is too high to expect it will expand.

It also fits with AMS instructions for the LGX and the CX. Regardless of which is being implanted, AMS instructs that the same length implant be inserted, and the same amount of saline. If AMS somehow thought an LGX could actually grow an inch lengthwise, they would need to put it in smaller implant and/or put in more saline to accommodate that growth. But they don’t.

What I think is at play here: AMS knows that if you are properly sized and the implant is restricted by the tunica, it won’t expand further lengthwise. As a result, they are not concerned about erosion. But, if the doc mistakenly undersized you, there may be some benefit to an LGX that expands lengthwise that it could fill the space that should be filled by a properly sized implant.

But back to the original point: no amount of cycling is getting your length beyond the limits imposed by 1) your tunica, or 2) your implant, even if that implant could theoretically expand lengthwise. If you are properly sized, the limits of your tunica and your implant are the same.

Girth, however, is a different story.

Dude, I don't think you're getting it. This is not personal for me at all; I'm not trying to convince you (or Leto) of anything. You're not considering getting LGX; I am. Therein lies a difference. You have no skin in the game, while I do, so for me it's just more personal; it's not something in theory but could potentially translate into practice. I have to live with consequences of my decision if I end up going with LGX, while you're not. You already made your choice and you have to live with consequences of that decision.

I think you made a right decision for yourself and I'm sincerely happy for you. I also appreciate all the help that I got from you at the onset of my digging into penile implants.

I just disagree with your assertions on LGX and express my opinion based on my pretty extensive research into this particular implant. I put out my arguments. If they don't convince you it doesn't matter, no matter how authoritative and VIP on FT you are. It only should matter to those who are considering LGX.

People who are indeed considering LGX should read my opinion, should read your opinion, but most of all should do research on their own after taking into account or ignoring both of our opinions before deciding on what's what. There is plenty of more authoritative information out there on LGX besides our "expert" opinions, including tons on this forum.

Since you brought it up

That's right I did and I basically said what you just said. Good for you man! I just didn't think that Titan could recover length atrophy that much but since it does that's wonderful.

Thank you for clarification. I totally agree. I just knew I remembered watching several videos saying such. Growth after implant I feel is mostly from the shrinking of tissues during recovery time after initial or revision surgery. From my own experience my first implant I was about an inch short at first pump. By 10-11 months I had regained all my loss. It’s more the tissue stretching back out. I think Eid circumvents a lot of this by allowing cycling to start at 3 days after implant. My first revision was from a 20cm w one cm of RTE to a 24cm with one. Cm trimmed. At first pump I was about a 1/4 inch short and within a week was back to my original and the stretch in girth was noticeable and very uncomfortable. Then infection occurred and salvage then another infection and then explantation. Now I’m back with a 20cm with 1cm RTE. my original. Dr stated that the scar tissue in the proximal limited the base depth but that when he pumped it up during surgery I had full length back so time will tell. Thanks for your information. Nice to have a disagreement and both come out agreeing.

Elbow, I think he’s right. You have forgotten Newton’s
Third Law of Personal Dynamics:

(PD)^2= TPP

Where PD = Personal Desire and TPP = Transmutative Physical Properties. In other words, if you wish something really really hard, you can transcend the laws of physics!

Whatevery,

To be honest, I don’t think anyone particularly cares what *you* think. You can be incorrect in your head all you want. The problem is that you come on here and speak authoritatively about something you appear to know nothing about. Your opinion isn’t grounded in science, you don’t engage with the scientific literature on the matter at all. It’s not grounded in expert opinion, the leading doctors and even AMS are all pretty uniform in saying that while an LGX or other IPP may lead to recovery of your pre-implant length, it’s not going to grow your penis beyond the size it is when implanted. And it’s also not even grounded in personal experience. I’m not sure that personal experience counts for all that much compared to scientific evidence, but in one of the weirdest ironies, you continually attack people for not having an LGX when you yourself are not implanted at all. Now, let’s be clear: being implanted has *absolutely nothing to do* with contributing to a discussion of the physical properties of an object. Nothing at all! But in some weird twisted way you are trying to convince the world that *your desire* for a particular brand of IPP makes you a more reliable opinion than the very large number of expert doctors and researchers that have devoted their lives to studying this.

That’s pretty insane.

Guys like Elbow are here to help brothers get reliable info on a serious condition, where because of the stigma of ED it is very, very hard to get reliable information. Brothers here disagree about things from time to time. Rider and I had a disagreement, we worked through it. We are not always going to agree on everything.

But you are different. You are just a source of misinformation. You are a crackpot. I’ll again state that it doesn’t give me any joy to be harsh, but it has to be said.

You have a great handle, by the way. Very evocative.
