How is deflating your AMS. Mine completely drains and never back fills. I had RTEs giving me 23.5 cm total implant. 5.5 flaccid and 7 erect. My Uro always uses RTEs when he wants to keep the pump low. I love the location of my pump. Right at the bottom. Easy to hold and pump. Balls above out of the way. He has done thousands of implants. I have never heard a single complaint. I hope my RTEs don't give me hinge later on but if they do, I'll get it fixed.

I made the mistake of going to work today without wrapping my member in gauze as I have been doing since my surgery on April 12. I thought I was sufficiently healed and didn't need to continue to wrap.

Big mistake, by the time I walked to my job, my scrotum was on fire, it's a warm day here and between the sweaty and the hair starting to grow back made for a very unpleasant experience. Had to ruin to my office and cover with a warm damp cloth and lots of ointment.

Let my experience be a warning, don't rush your healing,c take every precaution available cos it's very delicate down there

Many guys are concerned over loss of length and or girth after surgery. My stretching routine has given me back .5 in length and .5 in girth so far. I have an AMS 700 CX MS. I'm not sure how it would work with a Titan. My new flaccid is also now 6 inches from 5.5 . I will use my stretching protocol for one month then evaluate the results. So far I am amazed. I hope this method will help other brothers concerned about their loss of length and girth.

My wisdom to my brothers. Is, "don't be afraid to try new things. Think outside of the box" My 'stretching routine' has given me a permanent increase of .5 in length and girth. Now 6" flaccid and 7.5" length with 5" girth. It can be done. If you have an AMS, give it a try. Let me know how it 'grows'.
