Thanks Sworks, your tips are always practical!
Just wondering — the pump isn’t permanently fixed, so it can shift sometimes? And this movement doesn’t impact the implant’s function much, correct?

Would fully deflating it completely change this sensation? Do all of you normally let the implant deflate 100% all the time?
Early in recovery sitting on anything was an uncomfortable challenge. I had to use a cushion under my ass to lift my ball sac up and take the pressure off it. Eventually all pain and discomfort faded and I don't notice my implant now unless using it. Most of the time I completely deflate so there is less of an obvious bulge in my crotch when out and about. But sometimes I like to leave a few pumps in for a "fuller" feeling. It can also make stowing my now much larger flaccid dick easier, as it wants to move around when 100% deflated. Fully deflated or with a few pumps left in isn't much difference in sensation for me. But I suggest experimenting with different low levels of inflation, including fully deflated, and see if it improves your comfort.
Thanks for sharing!I have a Titan — full deflation leads to shifting and dog ears with that awkward fold discomfort, so I keep a little fluid inside. But I’ve read partial inflation long-term may reduce implant longevity. if that’s correct?

The pump isn't sewed to the inside of your scrotum sac, so it does move around. The movement doesn't affect or impact the implants function. The first year of getting back on my bike I would have to pull the pump down after I finished a ride but now the pump just goes back to the bottom of my ball sac on its own.
I hope that helps

30 years, incredible. How many have you gone through?

Has anyone got experience of returning to ride motorcycles post-Op?
I’m imagining that it ramps things up past the bicycle experiences outlined here?
And (smirk) what about girl-on-top on your motorcycle? Maybe when I was in my twenties…
Hahaha I’m saying nothing…

I’ve rode my Kawasaki Concours many 300-400 mile days since implanted and never had any issue with the implant. Now my butt would get a little sore but never any issues with implant. Also woman on top is one of my favorites. No issues.

some times the pump feels stitched but they don't do that. its fixation, it goes away on its own when it happens, its all part of healing, enjoy the the recovery period can be over a year for every facet to fall into place.
71 years now,Ed twenty years. A sever break to penis, vit E, pataba, Viagra, massage Ved cilas, exhausted, I tossed in my towel, Op for implant Mar 18, 2021 AMS LGX 18 x12 + 1 3cm RTE,yep standard size, happily gained girth and length,.. stay hwp!
