Actually, Dr Perito virtually invented the infrapubic approach and is one of the most highly regarded implant surgeons in the country if not the world. Totally not worried about his expertise and skill. I was just commenting on the unusual shape of the reservoir that comes with the Titan. It comes in two sizes and I expect, due to my unfortunate size, I'll be getting the smaller of the two. Lol
Born 1951. Healthy and in good shape. ED became worse following nerve sparing RPP 2009 which likely caused eventual venous leakage. Tried pills and injections and TRT. Not letting age be a factor. Surgery on 5/8/26 by Dr Perito. Titan classic.
