My glans is hard and I can penetrate well with it. I was told beforehand that I might have to get used to it, or use condoms with my wife, but it turns out that this is not a problem at all. Even anal penetration is no problem at all, although for anal we do use a little lubricant.
Male - Born in 1971 - implant since feb 2 2026 - married - ED since the 90s
Implant is the AMS 700 LGX. Very happy with that.

I use cialis pretty much daily and a little xtra on sex days and I’ve found that this improves engorgement in my glans and my shaft.
60yo.ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works w diminishing results.
Implanted 5-22 Titan 20cm with 1cm RTE.
Revision 3-26 Titan 24cm with 1cm trimmed off. Revision due to bad reservoir placement and potential tip erosion.

Thank you so much for your answers. With the help of PDE5 inhibitors, I'm also getting firm glans. I hope it will work later without pills.
