As others said with infrapubic the measurement is taken further towards the gland than scrotal so it definitely effects the measurements placement. Also the implants are made different for infrapubic than for scrotal. I’m assuming it’s where the fluid tubing exits the actual cylinders. On my file page it list the cylinders as infrapubic specifically.
60yo.ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works w diminishing results.
Implanted 5-22 Titan 20cm with 1cm RTE.
Revision 3-26 Titan 24cm with 1cm trimmed off. Revision due to bad reservoir placement and potential tip erosion.

17cm Distal
11cm proximal
28cm with 0 RTE
mine was done infrapubic
36 year old with 28cm coloplast titan with 125cc Reservoir, lock out with 0 Rear tip extender and pump
Suffered from Combined arterial insufficiency and corporo-venous occlusive erectile dysfunction and Peyronie disease
Had a 35 degree curve
