But relating to the post it does sound to me like you're possibly undersized slightly. My penis head won't budge any direction when pumped up, even if it's not engorged due to the tips of the cylinders that go 3/4 way into the glans. I could easily slide it into tight spots as long as there's lubrication. I don't mean to alarm you or cause concern, just my observation. It sounds like you can still perform & nothing is perfect anyways. Keep slaying & I admire your lifestyle

Hello everyone. A little update after my last post/update. I just got a bigger implant put in yesterday. I'm on my way home from the hospital now. So my issue with the soft glans was due to my penis stretching out from use of the implant and weight loss resulting in more skin. Because of this, the previous implant wasn't reaching the end of my glans. At least that mystery has been solved and rectified. Luckily insurance covered the majority of the procedure. I have 3 weeks of healing ahead of me (since they only replaced the cylinders and pump).

My first implant was done in 2015 and I received a CX. I was married to a woman at that time and we never used it for sex. We separated in 2021 and I came out then.
