I searched out a Dr in Dallas so it would be closer…that was certified by Perito and used his technique. I wanted IP for the healing time, and I’ve never had any regrets. My pump is placed perfectly low in my scrotum and sets perfectly in the middle. My scar is very small and although I shave clean regularly, nobody would notice my scar unless they were down on their k res in front of me looking extremely lose. As others have said it’s more in the experience of the surgeon as to proper sizing and getting maximum size in your implant . Measuring is done the exact same way in either case and Titan has a specific implant for IP or PS. I’m assuming it’s for the location of the pump tubing on the implant as the IP would be further up from the base than PS implant. I have no tubing showing and have a great result now for 20 months.
