orgasm and ejaculation with implant

The first 6 to 8 months post-implant surgery, it took me longer to orgasm(probably 10-15 minutes more--or it seemed like it--did not watch the clock in the throws of ecstasy!). Now orgasm is back to pre-surgery times (been 1 year this week).

I do think I lost some sensation for a few months after surgery but as time rolled on it has come back fully. I had been struggling to climax prior and really struggled afterward but things seem to be improving slowly at 7 months. Even though I was on injections I still struggled with keeping it up and think that caused a lot of my issues over the past several years, it’s a whole different game with an implant. You can just relax and enjoy it and sometimes not even worry about a climax and that’s nice. My wife has much more issues with it when I can’t than I do.

In old days, I never lasted long--less than 5 minutes, so the delay with the implant was welcomed.
