Trimix in glands

Has anyone tried trimix in the glands for enlargement of the glands after having a penis implant?

A little bit of TriMix gel (same meds, different formulations) in the urethra will make your glans engorged. I’m sure other guys with more experience will chime in.

Not injected with a needle, but inserted in the end of the urethra with an applicator.

In the UK we have Alprostadil gel it's called vitaros which I am hoping to try soon whilst waiting for an implant

It would likely be more painful than the injecting the corpora.

I have a vague recollection of reading a post here a long time ago where somebody tried that.. and did get a response, I think? but wasn't eager to do again.
I have tried the urethral gel, it is not as effective overall as injection for rigidity, but def plumps up the soft tissue (spongiosum). I was for a while using that and lowering the dose of injection to good combo effect.
Lately instead, if I know I will have an encounter, I pump a few hours before, then I am combining low dose PDE pill with a lower (than my normal) injection dose. Its roughly the same result as adding the gel was.

However, there are a couple of challenges besides its lesser overall effect: the urethra is sensitive to the mixture (thats why they put lidocaine in some of them), causing a slight burning/ irritation; Also, you push the gel into the urethra and have to close the tip and massage it downward. Still, the gel will leak out slowly. I have rubbed some of the overflow into the glans, not sure if that helped but again, it is a mild irritant so causes some redness and has a "pharmaceutical" smell, so should be cleaned off before any encounter.

I have injected a smaller amount of trimix into the glands a couple of times, where the body of the penis meet the glands top side at a 45-degree angle under the rim of the glands and it's no more painful than normal.

Interesting. Is it effective for engorgement of the glans?

Yes! And I had a very small amount of blood come out I put pressure on the injection site, and it quit.

My thoughts are if I get a penis implant can I inject the glands for enlargement. I would only do this if it's safe.
