I think it can definitely. I have had some prostate issues before due to prolonged periods of sitting, bad lifestyle etc and I think it did affect my libido and erections yes. It is a vicious cycle because regular ejaculation seems to be good for the prostate and erectile dysfunction will obviously make that more difficult.
