Sorry for the late reply but I used cialis for 8-10 years and found it more effective after 1-2 hours and peaked somewhere around 4-6 hours. Certain Food doesn’t stop it from working as it does with viagra. It can however delay the reaction of it a little. Cialis lasts for up to 48-72 hours so don’t put it off til the last hour before sex. Also I started with 10 mg of cialis and ended up with 20 plus mg at a time as my Venus leak got worse. At times I would use 20mg of cialis and 100 mg of Biafra and it still would fail. At this point I went to injections which are not nearly as bad as you would think. Shots lasted 18 months before I moved on to an implant.
