New implant and very happy

Postby Bionic_Brian » Thu Feb 12, 2026 4:21 pm

Hi everyone, I'm Brian, or.... Bionic_Brian... and i am a new member here, but I've been checking in occasionally for two years.

Twelve days ago, I had an AMS 700 LGX implant in size 21+3, and I can honestly say that both the surgery and the recovery so far have gone incredibly well.

I have no pain and don't need to take any pain medication (except for the first day after surgery, but otherwise I'm medication-free). The implant fits well, I have no swelling, and everything feels natural.

In about a week, I have my first appointment with the urologist after surgery, and I can't wait to learn how to use the pump.

I'll definitely tell you more when I have more news. Until then, I'll be following along.

Congrats!! That is awesome.
While I was struggling with ED these post implant updates were so important. They gave me a sense that maybe I could have a good experience getting an implant as well.

Thanks for introducing yourself and letting us know you are doing so well.

Welcome to the bionic brotherhood.

Thank you, it is appreciated.

And yes, I need some confirmation from people already having an implant... Really important for me.

Congrats Brian. Good to hear you came to Frank Talk a lot before taking the step. There is so much good info here.
Sounds like you're one of the lucky guys that have very little pain post-surgery.
